Kandoi Global formerly known as Kandoi Group of Industries operates more than 20 fully integrated, independent standalone manufacturing units across strategic locations in western India. These 20 units are spread across Daman and Silvassa, covering an expansive area of approximately 1.5 million sq. ft.
Each unit functions independently while maintaining complete in-house capabilities—from raw material extrusion and weaving to lamination/coating, cutting, stitching, and final finishing—supported by dedicated quality control laboratories at every location. We maintain clean, well-organized facilities equipped with advanced technology, a standard that is consistently reflected in the superior quality of our products and our long-term commitment to the industry.
Our scale is defined by the strength of our infrastructure. With 30+ advanced extrusion lines, we process over 7,000 metric tons of polymers every month, positioning us among the largest consumers of PP and HDPE for Raffia application in India.
Our weaving capacity is equally formidable, powered by 1,200+ circular looms and Sulzer looms, establishing us as one of the largest manufacturers of Woven Fabrics, PP bags, and FIBCs in the country. This extensive loom base enables us to consistently deliver high volumes with precision, uniformity, and performance across diverse product categories.
Further strengthening our leadership position, we operate two dedicated manufacturing units exclusively for rPET FIBCs, making us among the first in the country to develop specialized large-scale infrastructure for this sustainable product segment.
We are equipped with some of the most advanced machinery in the industry, including sectional warping machines, monofilament extrusion lines, and comprehensive Rig testing equipment. This fully integrated technological ecosystem allows us to function as a true single-point solution provider, taking complete ownership and responsibility for the quality, safety, and reliability of every product we deliver.
From the scientific testing of Raw Materials to extrusion, weaving, lamination, printing, stitching, and finishing, every stage of production is executed within our own facilities under stringent process controls. Each batch undergoes in-process inspections, mechanical testing, and final Quality Control verification before approval. Only after passing rigorous internal and international standards are the products cleared for systematic packing, palletization, and dispatch through our structured logistics network. This end-to-end operational control ensures complete traceability, consistent performance, and uncompromised quality from Raw Material to Final delivery.
